Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must: possess at least five 'O' Level passes including English Language at a minimum of Grade 'C' or better; possess a Joint Command and Staff Course Certificate with a Grade 'C' pass or better; have an assessed capacity to serve at a senior level in their Service, Government, parastatal organisation or the private sector; and have attained the minimum rank of Lieutenant Colonel/Wing Commander or equivalent, or occupy a position of commensurate responsibility, or be of equivalent seniority in non-military organisations.
