PhD in Property Development and Estate Management
Eligibility Criteria
Research topics premised on current issues of real property including: property management, property valuation, property development, property marketing/auctioneering and conveyancing, energy efficiency in buildings, Industry 4.0 technology applications, sustainability and resilience, circular economy. Entry Requirements: An approved Master's degree in Real Estate, Property Studies, Rural and Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Construction Economics, Construction Project Management, and Quantity Surveying with a Merit degree class. Other Master's programmes in the built environment will be considered case-by-case.
