Eligibility Criteria
Research themes: sustainability and resilience in the built environment, circular economy, property management, property valuation, property development issues. Entry Requirements: An Honours degree in Property Development and Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, Construction Management, and Rural and Urban Planning with a minimum of a (2.1) degree class. A candidate with a Lower Second Class (2.2) may be considered provided performance in the intended field of study was in the First or Upper Second Division.
