Eligibility Criteria

Research topics premised on current issues in construction management including: construction procurement, construction productivity management, construction safety/health/wellbeing, construction project delivery, decent work, Industry 4.0 technology application in construction, people issues in construction. Entry Requirements: An honours degree in the following disciplines: Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building Economics, Property Management and Civil Engineering with a minimum of a (2.1) degree class. A candidate with a Lower Second Class (2.2) may be considered provided performance in the intended field of study was in the First or Upper Second Division.
