Mupfure Industrial Training College

Mupfure Industrial Training College is a government-registered Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution located at Bedford South Farm in Chegutu, Mashonaland West Province, Zimbabwe. Established in 1983 by the Zimbabwe Foundation for Education With Production (ZIMFEP), the college operates from one main campus under the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development. Guided by the Education with Production model, MITC focuses on practical skills development, entrepreneurship, innovation, and self-reliance. The college offers HEXCO National Certificate and Diploma programmes, Training for Enterprise (TFE) programmes, and short courses in Automotive Engineering, Construction, Electrical Engineering, Commerce, Information Technology, Agriculture, Clothing, and Cosmetology. Through hands-on training and industry-focused education, Mupfure Industrial Training College equips learners with practical skills that support employment creation, enterprise development, and Zimbabwe’s industrialisation goals.
