Masvingo Teachers College

Masvingo Teachers' College is a government teacher training institution located approximately five kilometres south of Masvingo City, Zimbabwe, operating from one main campus. Established to support the development of quality educators, the college provides Diploma in Education programmes for both primary and secondary school teaching. Known as "Gango" and guided by the motto "The Emblem of Excellence," the institution specialises in preparing teachers in areas such as Early Childhood Development (ECD), primary education, agriculture, computer science, building technology, geography, mathematics, physical education, and core sciences. Operating under the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, Masvingo Teachers' College combines academic training with practical teaching experience to equip student teachers with the knowledge, skills, and professional values required in modern classrooms.
