Kushinga Phikelela Polytechnic, also known as "KushPhik Poly" or "The Citadel," is a government-owned Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution located in Marondera, Mashonaland East, Zimbabwe, operating from one main campus. Established in 1985, the polytechnic operates under the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development and is committed to developing practical skills that support Zimbabwe's industrialisation and economic growth. The institution offers HEXCO-accredited programmes from National Certificate to Higher National Diploma levels across engineering, information technology, business studies, agriculture, applied sciences, and technical teacher education.
