Blended Education College of Southern Africa

Blended Education College of Southern Africa (BECSA) is Zimbabwe's first private teachers' college, based in Bulawayo and operating from one main campus. Located in the Philips Building, the college delivers a flexible blended learning model that combines face-to-face teaching with online learning to make quality teacher education more accessible. In association with the University of Zimbabwe's Division of Teacher Education, BECSA offers internationally recognised Diploma in Education programmes in Primary General Education and Early Childhood Development (ECD). The college also provides HEXCO-accredited vocational and skills development programmes in areas such as software engineering, telecommunications, and technical trades, equipping students with practical, industry-relevant skills. Through its innovative approach to learning and commitment to academic excellence, BECSA prepares competent educators and professionals who can contribute meaningfully to Zimbabwe's education sector and broader workforce.
